Developed and developing countries are vulnerable to impacts of climate change. The vulnerability cuts across communities, sectors and ecosystems and is undermining development efforts. We believe that it is crucial to understand the risks, impacts, exposure, sensitivity and adaptive capacity of any given system before taking actions. C4CCES therefore conducts research and analysis and provides context specific advice and solutions to plan for and implement adaptation at the communal, local government and national levels.
